    HEY, I’M Lauren.

    I run a $500k business while working ~3 hours a week.

    I've been building businesses since I was 19. I created a top nannying agency, started a Y Combinator-backed dating company featured in the NYTimes, freelanced my way to 6-figure 10-hour weeks, landed a 6-figure book deal with HarperCollins, and used everything I learned along that winding path to build my dream business.

    What I learned? You don’t need to work more hours to make more money — you need to work smarter. Through the right systems, technology, AI (used correctly!), and team members.

    Now I work when I want, how I want. I got a year of maternity leave with both of my girls. I don't check emails outside of my part-time hours. And my business? It runs better than when I was grinding 60 hours a week.

    Now my passion is sharing this hard-won (and life-changing!) knowledge with others.
